Emersion

In Emersion, the earth is approached through its surfaces of cultivation and exposure. These images attend to land as something shaped over time, drawn into visibility through work, rhythm, and inhabitation. From Siena to Beijing, Yangzhou, and Scotland, the album dwells on the moment in which ground becomes legible, organised, marked, and slowly brought forth into presence.
