Strait Lines

Strait Lines follows the repeated forms, gestures, and surfaces through which everyday life arranges itself. Streets, seafronts, barriers, shopfronts, passages, signs, walls, and fleeting figures return with variation rather than resolution, forming a visual field of echoes, interruptions, and unstable continuities. The Strait itself is rarely the explicit subject. More often, it remains as atmosphere, orientation, pressure, or distant line: a presence that structures these places even when it withdraws from view.
