Nearness
Nearness is something that takes shape gradually. It can emerge through care, companionship, shared attention, or the simple fact of remaining beside one another for a while. At the same time, it may become fragile, distracted, or displaced, passing through devices, gestures, performances, and the surfaces through which people meet without fully reaching one another. The images gathered here follow that tension across different places and occasions. Taken together, they ask how relation is formed, sustained, or delayed within the ordinary world of human connection.
