Recess

Our lives are largely governed by labour and duty. Recess names what remains when that order briefly recedes: a residual yet fundamental sphere in which time realises the most intimate dimension of human beings. This album attends to such intervals as moments in which, through interruptions of the ordinary, a different human measure comes into sight.
